Hi. I'm new to the list, live in Oakland, and love the funk. I play in a band, Sfunk, that is based in the east bay and has been bringing jazz-funky beats to the people for a few years now. We'll be playing at the Boom Boom Room tomorrow (Thursday), and we usually play at the Down Low Lounge every 6 to 8 weeks.
